Collision Builders provide an advisory service that focuses exclusively on assisting buyers and sellers of businesses in the Canadian collision repair industry. Collision Builders is led by Larry Jefferies, Bing Wong and Jeff Keddie.
Larry Jefferies was executive Vice-President and co-founder of CARSTAR Canada, the largest network of auto body repair facilities in North America, with 440 stores and over $600 million in revenue. The business was acquired by Driven Brands in 2015, at which time Larry retired.
Larry Jefferies is currently a principal of Collision Builders Inc. As a respected executive in the collision repair industry and in his current consulting practice, Larry has extensive experience in the development and management of collision repair networks. He also has extensive knowledge and experience facilitating collision business acquisitions, and in the development and execution of industry initiatives, working closely with all industry stakeholders, including collision repairers, auto insurance providers and OEMs.
On a personal note, Larry resides in Dundas, ON and is pleased to provide his insight and business experience to support the sustainability and growth of the BNMO Concert Orchestra, a registered Canadian charity.

Bing Wong is a former colleague and understudy to Larry at CARSTAR where he managed national insurance contracts and program development. Bing is a managing partner of an automotive hail damage repair company operating in Canada as Canadian Hail Repair and in the US as United Hail Repair. He is also a director for the Sam Piercey Foundation benefiting careers in the collision repair industry. Bing shares a passion to see the industry continue to grow and evolve by connecting progressive-minded people with win-win opportunities.
Jeff Keddie helps small and large organizations grow and maximize the value of their business. He coaches businesses to increase the overall value of the business and also spent 7 years in the automotive collision industry with two Collision repair franchise companies. His focus and passion was around the development and execution of their national performance groups that help owner/operators achieve even greater success.
